In 2010, Dean Transportation began recognizing employees through its Standing Ovation Program. This program allows employees and customers the opportunity to recognize a Dean employee for something he or she has done that exceeded expectations and made a difference.
To nominate an employee, a colleague or customer should submit a description of the event that he or she observed in which a Dean employee went 'above and beyond' the call of duty. Then submit that description to a Dean Operations Supervisor or the Dean Human Resources Department.
Employees who receive recognition will be awarded a Standing Ovation Certificate, be announced in the weekly newsletter, be eligible for a monthly prize drawing and be entered into an annual Grand Prize!
